OWNER
Bader, raised by two chefs including a Michelin Star Pastry Chef, lived in 17 countries, becoming fluent in four languages. After settling in Nice, France, he earned a Master's in Communication and a Bachelor's in Management & Event Planning. He started his career catering for private jets and yachts, serving elite clients like US presidents, diplomats, and royals, while gaining experience in luxury property rentals for high-profile shoots on the French Riviera. Now, Bader owns Food for Thought Catering in Bozeman, MT and aims to revive the popular Food for Thought Deli.

After studying at the hospitality and Tourism School in Nice, France for 4 years, and a wealth of experience from luxury hotels & restaurants in the French Riviera, Thibault worked for 10 years for the Accor Hospitality Group. He brings his expertise to Nissa through ensuring fresh Mediterranean cuisine served in a warm and welcoming environment.
